NHS Informatics Merseyside attends Connect 2018

Colleagues at NHS Informatics Merseyside attended the Informatics Skills Development (ISD) Connect conference in Blackpool on 20 and 21 September 2018.

The Informatics Skills Development Network (ISD) provides an innovative learning and development programme to support the continuing development of all NHS informatics professionals across the North West. This is in line with the NHS Constitution’s pledge to provide all staff with the right skills to enable them to facilitate the delivery of excellent patient care.

Colleagues at NHS Informatics Merseyside attended the annual ISD Connect conference in Blackpool on 20 and 21 September 2018. Here, delegates were able to visit our stand to find out more about our services and the work we are doing locally to support care delivery and enhance patient health.

The theme of this year's conference was ‘Enabling Healthcare 24/7'.

The event featured a wide range of speakers who provided interesting insights including a presentation from a patient's perspective.
