IM Online Learning (pictured below) gives you round-the-clock access to interactive courses, tailored training, and easy-to-follow guides - all designed to boost your digital confidence and help you get the most out of your clinical and digital systems, including Microsoft 365 tools. 

Learners can use their personalised dashboard to track training progress and access completion certificates. In addition, you can book and request training sessions which can be delivered either on-site or virtually.

If you work in an organisation that receives digital skills training service support from NHS Informatics Merseyside (IM), you can access IM Online Learning by selecting your organisation from the menu below.

Please note: Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust colleagues must be logged in to a trust device with their username and password before they are able to access IM Online Learning. This includes students who are on placement or part of doctor induction.
