About IM

NHS Informatics Merseyside, known as IM, is a leading provider of digital services and IT support.

We work with health and care organisations spanning primary, community and secondary care including Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and specialist services.

Established in 2006, we have nearly twenty years of knowledge and experience in harnessing the benefits of digital technology to transform health and care.

Hosted by Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, our team consists of over 300 digital professionals, as well as clinical informaticians, who share our values and strive for exceptional service.

With their support, we work together to deliver an extensive range of digital services, including IT support for over 30,000 NHS professionals spanning 280 sites, 300+ systems and 24,000 devices.
