The IT Service Desk is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to deliver first and second-line support as part of a highly visible, customer-facing function. Acting as the single point of contact for all customer communications, the role requires strong digital capability alongside excellent customer care skills. Responsibilities include handling service desk calls, monitoring multiple contact channels, logging incidents in line with defined procedures, and resolving most issues at first point of contact, with both reactive and proactive involvement in incident management.
