IT Operations Manager (Band 8a)
NHS Informatics Merseyside is looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead and develop our IT Operations Service.
The role of IT Operations Manager incorporates all elements of endpoint management including traditional desktop support, mobile device support, IT purchasing and IT asset management, delivering highly complex and interrelated IT services and solutions.
The role forms part of our Wider Leadership Team (WLT) reporting directly to the Head of IT Service Operations and will have the opportunity to shape internal IT Strategy, as well as building key relationships and developing high quality IT operations.
The post holder will work closely with IT and cyber security to ensure risks are managed and mitigated on behalf of our partner organisations.
