Hello my name is Bernadine Lynam and I am the Associate Director of Informatics within the Senior Management Team at NHS Informatics Merseyside.

I have been working with NHS Informatics Merseyside since August 2015. Prior to this I had worked in the private sector with BT for over eighteen years and then moved into the public sector as a Service Manager for Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust where I worked for 11 years.

My current role as Head of Informatics Development within Informatics Merseyside involves supporting the development and delivery of health and social care economy-wide informatics transformation, working closely with primary care, community, mental health and acute organisations.

As a student, I studied at Liverpool John Moores University where I attained a BA (Hons) Degree in Business and Finance.

Having spent the majority of my adult years in service delivery roles and my formative years working for my family’s business, I have an inherent passion for the delivery of excellent services and customer care – something I’m proud to say, I see on a daily basis within Informatics Mersyside.
