Virtual training courses on Microsoft Teams
NHS Informatics Merseyside's Training Service delivers virtual training on a range of digital tools including clinical systems and applications such as Microsoft Teams.
To support the use of Microsoft Teams, a number of tailored virtual training sessions have been developed by the Training Service to help users get the most from the features available.
The virtual training sessions available include:
Meet and Talk (1 hour 30 mins) – Learn how to communicate with colleagues using Microsoft Teams through meetings, calls and chat.
Work Together (1 hour 30 mins) – Learn how Microsoft Teams can be used to collaborate, stay organised and share information all in one place.
Digital Champion (1 hour 15 mins) – Learn how to develop the skills required to create and manage Teams and Channels for your team or service area.
