Staff recognition tool
A staff recognition tool has been developed using SharePoint to enable colleagues to ‘Say Thank You’ by sending a simple e-card to another member of staff, group or team in recognition of their work or support.
The system can be mapped to organisational values, helping to demonstrate how colleagues are actively living these values and behaviours on a daily basis. This system can also be linked to our Personal Development Review (PDR) system for reference during work appraisals.
