Our social media accounts are monitored 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We aim to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible, but please note that some enquiries can take longer to resolve.
We use social media to share information about the work of Informatics Merseyside, and give you a chance to post comments and questions. If you would like to pass on any specific feedback about Informatics Merseyside, make a complaint or send a thank you, the best way to do this is by completing one of our online forms.
When using social media, please avoid posting any personal information, either of your own or for other individuals. Any posts that include an email address, phone number, address or other personal information will be removed.
Please also avoid posting any hateful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or harassing comments, images or videos, or anything that could be deemed offensive to others. Such comments and posts will be removed, and will most likely result in you being banned or blocked.
