Who can use the IM Digital Portal?

The IM Digital Portal is being introduced in phases to ensure the very best user experience.

  • If you have access, you’ll be signposted to the new IM Digital Portal.
  • If you don’t yet have access, don’t worry - you’ll still be able to access our existing Self Service Portal (if you’re on the NHS network) or our external web form (if you’re not on the NHS network).

What are the key features?

Depending on the services your organisation receives from IM, the new IM Digital Portal will give you access to a range of digital support, such as:

  • Get support from IDA, our AI-powered IM Digital Assistant, available 24/7 to answer queries, guide you step by step, and log requests — no need to call the IT Service Desk.
  • Instantly log and track your digital support requests.
  • Browse and order digital kit through our equipment catalogue. 
  • Complete automated forms, such as new user account requests.
  • Access IM Online Learning, with training, courses and guides for IT systems and Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Manage Smartcard services - apply for a card, reset your passcode, and more.
  • Share feedback to help us enhance the portal and continuously improve your experience.
