Informatics Merseyside delivers training on a number of content management systems (CMS) including Punch and Umbraco.
An introductory training course is available for anyone new to using a CMS who will need to create and edit website or intranet content. Advanced CMS user courses can also be arranged on request and will be tailored to meet your specific needs.
Each course explains the fundamentals of the CMS – how the workflow operates, uploading documents and images, creating and publishing content, along with best practice guidelines surrounding SEO and web accessibility.
At the end of each course, a printed CMS user guide will be provided to assist you in your further use of the system.
