Bronze accreditation for IT training service

NHS Informatics Merseyside's IT training service has been awarded ‘Bronze level 3’ Training Service Accreditation.

Training Service Accreditation (TSA) is a collaborative development between the Training Quality Improvement (TQI) team at NHS Digital and the TQI National Reference Group, which is made up of NHS training professionals.

Accreditation provides assurance that our training service is operating at a nationally recognised standard and that our clinicians and support staff are being consistently and properly trained in using the systems that support patient care.

Gina Silvano, Managing Director of Informatics Merseyside, said:

"Obtaining ‘Bronze level 3’ accreditation is an absolutely fantastic achievement and reinforces our commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.

"Throughout the process, something which stood out for the accreditation assessors was our professionalism, teamwork and approach to service delivery. Such feedback, at this level, is a tremendous honour and testament to the hard work and on-going commitment of our staff."
